where there is a whisk, there is a way!

join us for “fit to a tee”

It’s about Food, Fun and being Fit!

Saturdays, February 16 through March 30 | 10 a.m. – Noon

Now in its 9th year, The First Tee of Cleveland’s winter program –“FIT TO A TEE” (formerly
known as Food, Fun & The Nine Healthy Habits) is back and better than ever!

 From Coach K’s Kitchen:

In this year’s Fit To A Tee, we will explore our FOOD: who grows and raises it, where the stores source it, and HOW NOT TO WASTE SO MUCH OF IT! We will take a field trip on March 16th to an urban farm and fishery and a city greenhouse. Our friends from the Tri-C Hospitality Management Program will again teach us about food and kitchen safety, kitchen techniques and food preparation. And, of course, we will bake, sauté, braise, fry, steam, roast and then eat delicious food.

Our participants will then be the sous chefs at the 2nd annual Taste of The Tee on April 4th at Tri-C’s downtown Hospitality Management Center. As the stars of that highly-praised event, our participants will gain culinary and social skills that add to the Nine Core Values and Healthy Habits that are the ingredients and essence of The First Tee experience. We look forward to another tasty, nutritious and fabulous seven weeks together!

Bon Appetit,
Coach K

WHEN: Saturdays, February 16 through March 30, 10:00 a.m. – Noon
