where there is a whisk, there is a way!

join us for “fit to a tee”

It’s about Food, Fun and being Fit!

Saturdays, February 16 through March 30 | 10 a.m. – Noon

Now in its 8th year, The First Tee of Cleveland’s winter program –“FIT TO A TEE” (formerly
known as Food, Fun & The Nine Healthy Habits) is back and better than ever!

We will cook up great food while helping participants gain skills in making better food choices,
practicing team work, and discovering the joys of preparation and organization.

During the six week journey, students will prepare a full, multi-course meal from appetizers through dessert:
whisking kitchen skills with important life skills.

This year, Cuyahoga Community College is sending us talented students from their
Culinary Arts Department to partner with Coach Kleinman and Coach Nancy to add an exciting
new dimension to the session. From whisking to chopping, our kitchen skills will surely soar!

WHEN: Saturdays, February 16 through March 30, 10:00 a.m. – Noon

WHERE: Classes will be held at our Washington Park campus in Newburgh Heights
COST: $75.00 per participant
We have planned TWO fun, interactive FIELD TRIPS to Cuyahoga Community College’s
Eastern Campus where we will go behind the scenes to learn cooking techniques from TRI-C’s
talented culinary students in their contemporary cuisine class (in a fabulous kitchen)!
As always, the final class will have your student cook you a meal to show off their
 newly-acquired knowledge and skills.
Class Size: minimum of 6 participants; maximum is 20 participants.
For safety reasons, participants must be at least 8 years old.
Registration is open now! Don’t delay, sign up today!

Parents, beginning in 2019, The First Tee of Cleveland will now be using the online registration platform known as Salesforce. This new transition will help us track your child’s progression throughout The First Tee program, allow an easy way to navigate and register for classes, and a seamless check out process. Along with all of our participant information, the platform will also help us keep record of our coaches and their progress within the chapter, as well as coach training.
